Welcome to My Turn.
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the My Turn mobile application ("My Turn", "the App", "we", "our", or "us").
By downloading, installing, or using My Turn, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.
1. About My Turn
My Turn is a family-focused application designed to help children share access to devices through timed turns and session management features.
The App is intended to promote fair device sharing and calmer family screen-time experiences.
My Turn is provided as a family utility and organizational tool. It is not intended to replace parental supervision or parenting decisions.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase subscriptions or enter into a legally binding agreement.
The App may be downloaded and used by families, but parents and guardians remain responsible for supervising children's use of devices and applications.
3. License
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use My Turn for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You may not:
Copy, reproduce, or redistribute the App;
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code;
Modify or create derivative works of the App;
Use the App for unlawful purposes;
Interfere with the operation or security of the App.
All rights not expressly granted remain reserved.
4. User Content
You may create child profiles and provide information such as:
Child names
Child photos
Session preferences
You remain solely responsible for any information you enter into the App.
You represent that you have the authority to provide and manage any child-related information entered into My Turn.
5. Free Features
My Turn offers a free version with certain limitations.
Free features, limits, and availability may change over time.
We reserve the right to modify, add, remove, or adjust features at our discretion.
6. Premium Subscriptions
My Turn may offer optional premium subscriptions.
Premium subscriptions may include features such as:
Additional child profiles
Additional session flexibility
Extended usage limits
Other premium functionality
Available premium features may change over time.
7. Billing and Payments
All subscription purchases are processed through Apple's App Store.
We do not collect or store payment card information.
Billing, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and payment processing are governed by Apple's policies and terms.

8. Automatic Renewal
Unless canceled, subscriptions automatically renew at the end of the current billing period.
You may manage or cancel subscriptions at any time through your Apple ID account settings.
Deleting the App does not automatically cancel a subscription.
9. Trial Periods and Promotional Access
My Turn may offer promotional access periods, premium trials, introductory offers, or similar benefits.
Eligibility for promotional offers is determined solely by My Turn and may be modified, limited, or discontinued at any time.
Promotional access has no cash value and may not be transferred or exchanged.
10. Availability
We strive to keep My Turn available and functioning properly.
However, we do not guarantee that:
The App will always be available;
The App will be error-free;
The App will operate without interruption;
Every feature will remain permanently available.
Features may be updated, modified, replaced, or discontinued at any time.
11. Updates
We may release updates, improvements, bug fixes, visual changes, feature enhancements, or security updates.
Some updates may be required to continue using portions of the App.
12. Third-Party Services
My Turn may rely on third-party services, including but not limited to:
Apple App Store
RevenueCat
PostHog
Sentry
Google AdMob (future versions)
We are not responsible for the availability, policies, or practices of third-party providers.
13. Disclaimer
My Turn is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including:
Merchantability
Fitness for a particular purpose
Non-infringement
Availability
Reliability
We do not guarantee specific outcomes from the use of the App.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, My Turn, its owner, affiliates, partners, suppliers, and service providers shall not be liable for any:
Indirect damages
Incidental damages
Consequential damages
Special damages
Loss of data
Loss of profits
Business interruption
arising from or related to your use of the App.
If liability cannot be excluded, our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for My Turn during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
15. Termination
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the App if:
These Terms are violated;
Fraudulent activity is suspected;
Required by law;
Necessary to protect the App, users, or third parties.
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.
16. Privacy
Your use of My Turn is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
Please review the Privacy Policy to understand how information is handled.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
When changes are made, the "Last Updated" date will be updated.
Continued use of My Turn following publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
18. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction of the operator, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Where required by local consumer protection laws, mandatory rights available under applicable law remain unaffected.
